I think they use a chart or a spreadsheet to figure it out. FYI, James M Hewitt is the designer of Blitz Bowl. I play every version of blood bowl (streetbowl, Dungeonbowl, beach bowl, bridge bowl, death bowl and 7s) and blitzbowl is my preferred go to. 11's generally takes 2 1/2 horus to play. The only problem is that now you're "on file" with the BGG admins thus, your next offenses will lead to more and more time on the sidelines. Its a beer and pretzels board game as compared to a 'tactical' miniatures game (blood bowl, known as 11s). OTOH, your comment was hysterical (I just thumbed it) and might very well be worth a single-day ban. He gets to be a BGG warrior-god you get banned. Note that the walking vagina in this particular case made sure to end his snark with some smilies his technique was perfect. And BGG makes no secret of its (lame) policies - that's why it's such a haven for passive-agressive dickheads.
